My stay at this hotel was mixed. The rooms were nice, especially with the Serta foam mattress, so comfortable. If you arrive early, you can secure the best room, as they tend to fill up quickly. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean, which was great. However, the service to our room was very unprofessional and rude. On the upside, the hotel offers car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, newspaper service, and computer connection. The location was the only good thing about this place; back to Michigan, it felt like a safe area. The dining experience was okay, with freshly baked croissants. The facilities were good, providing what we needed during our stay.
